Clocks and Bonds

Mon Oct 23, 2006, 3:55 AM
There are ways to find yourself and then there are ways to find yourself lost. The past few days I've found myself at both the extremes questioning where my life is going. So far I've come to the conclusion that there are two types of human beings.
One of which does the right thing all the time, no matter how hard it might be, he works to make life as simple and lovely as possible for everyone around him but somehow the circumstances and situations don't go along with him.
The other type of human being does the wrong things all the time, no matter what it is and where it is. He goes out of his way to make life miserable not only for himself but for everyone around him. This type of human being finds himself safe and secure with his belongings and situations.
The first type of human being wants to flee to Tuscany as soon as possible. The latter however, ends up going to Tuscany.

I figure in life there are many roads to be traveled and finding the one that suits you takes time and patience. Something some of us lack. I don't have time to wait it out for a road to open up, and I don't have the patience to wait it out anymore. Nobody does anymore.
I don't want to see it any other way than my own.

Then there's the moment in time when you're in your car at 6 in the morning with no place to go when it hits you that home is where you need to be. No matter how much you've been wronged, critized and protected, home is where your pretty little head lies. Apart from your own voice I find there is a voice inside the home that breaks past the titanium mind wall.

When facing the fork in the road, its not necessarily needed for anyone to take the road less traveled. Because the road less traveled might hold dangers. The road less traveled is the road less trusted. If the road less traveled held beauty, human nature would expose it no matter what.

Time, all we need is just a little time to get our heads right.

Photoshop is difficult, sorry to hear you're giving up on it. Maybe if you just find ONE thing Photoshop does that you find useful or intriguing and just learn that (such as adding a little bit of color to a specific part of a b&w picture), it might make it easier for you. Keep shooting pics, you're great!
